This short and to the point guide is all I needed to sucessfully achieve the master cleanse for the second time in a year. I actually had to buy a few extra copies for friends because they kept asking to borrow my only copy. Great gift. The price is a good buy.

The master cleanse worked great for me. My wife and I did it for 10 days and after the first 3 it was fairly easy if a little monotonous. It is amazing how much time you have every day when you eliminate food shopping, preparation, eating, and doing dishes. She lost 12lbs and I lost 10lbs over the 10 days, but the real benefit was that it allowed us to see food in a different way, seeing a slice of bread or a handful of grapes as a satisfying meal. After the master cleanse this new perspective on food has continued to make us lose weight (another 10lbs in the last 3 weeks). I can also recommend the book “The Jon Gabriel Method” which helps get you in a good mental state for losing weight.

I have been using this book for 10 days now, and all I can say is WOW. My entire body, from my head to my toes, feels rejuvenated and energized – and it has only been ten days! Dr. Tombk has made a believer out of me – and that is the highest compliment I can give. At first, I was a little skeptical because of the bad reviews, but I decide to throw caution to the wind and go for it…and why not? All the other health guides proved to be nothing more than repeats of techniques that have been proven they don’t work. This guide, however, utilizes alternative methods not common in the US and applies them in an easy-to-use formula, that… that just work. So if you’re tired of the same ole advice found in all the different health guides (like I am) come on, they don’t work. Try this guide. Ok, maybe I am writing this review too early b/c I just started the Master Cleanse yesterday. But I have to say that I was impressed to have everything I needed in one package. All I had to do was purchase a juice and pick up the lemons. It even came with a Master Cleanse book which I didn’t expect. I had already bought two other books on the Master Cleanse to research the topic further. I have not comparison shopped for these items besides looking at the package deals online, who has the time? I mostly paid for the price because of the convenience. I live in Grovetown, GA and I can’t imagine where I would get Grade B Maple syrup or any of those ingredients for that matter. It probably evened out b/c I didn’t have to use my personal time looking for these items (and possibly not finding them) or my gas (with the skyrocket price of gas, who needs it). This package was also shipped free of charge which was an excellent bonus.
I loved all of the ingredients so much that that I am about to order another package to make sure I don’t run out of anything. I have not tried to the tea that you take in the morning. I did the salt water the first morning as recommended by The Complete Master Cleanse. But the bedtime tea is not horrible. It just isn’t sweet but I like the aftertaste. It made it completely bearable.

Great product! Arrived as advertised. Of course the rest is up to the buyer as to getting the results the product promises. The ingredients were much cheaper online than from local area stores. So, I will replenish from this site. Thanks!

My order was delivered in record time and with everything I needed to start the Master Cleanse, but the Lemons. I was easier than running all over town gathering the things I needed. Highly recommended.

The 5 Day fast is great, I think its better to go 10 days but 5 days is a good start. Madal Bal Syrup makes the diet easier too. Save your maple syrup for pancakes.
